Explore, learn, and dare in technology

Femmes • Startup • Tech is a program designed to offer female students and recent graduates a space to discover the technology ecosystem, develop their skills, and build confidence in their ambitions.

It is a one-year journey, paced by one activity per month, focused on key themes such as exploring careers in tech, leadership and soft skills, innovation, artificial intelligence, data, mentorship, and networking.

Technology is a space for creativity, innovation, and impact. This program was created to support those who wish to explore this field, envision themselves within it, and carve out their own path.

The mission

The Femmes • Startup • Tech program aims to support the emergence of female talent in technology by creating an accessible, inspiring, and stimulating environment.

It is built around three core intentions:

• Building bridges between students, recent graduates, and professionals in the field

• Offering concrete learning opportunities through panels, workshops, and mentorship

• Highlighting and amplifying the voices of women shaping the future of technology
  

Who is the program for?

The program is intended for young women who wish to explore or strengthen their place in the technology ecosystem, including:

• Former participants of Technovation Montréal, now students or graduates in science and technology fields, looking to deepen their skills and prepare for the job market

• New participants who are curious about technology, even without a prior background, and who want to better understand the opportunities available

The program unfolds over one year and offers activities that support participants’ development.
