She has led global initiatives for major financial institutions and holds PMP, Azure, Scrum, and ITIL certifications, reflecting her expertise in governance, resiliency, and large-scale digital transformation.
Camille Labat
Montreal Delivery Center Head at Synechron
She leads the delivery of technology solutions for leading international companies in the financial services and technology sectors. She is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and to growing diverse teams focused on innovation and operational excellence.
Her background
Based in Montreal for over 10 years, Camille has worked in consulting and startups after graduating from McGill University, fueling her interest in the city’s dynamic technology ecosystem.
Camille Aramouni
Associate Data Consultant at Synechron
A data analyst recognized for her expertise in data management and her ability to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
Passionate about data-driven analysis and continuous learning, she is committed to creating value through innovative approaches to analytics and data governance.

A graduate in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, she has worked in data governance, analytics, and strategic consulting within the finance and insurance sectors.
Daiva Blyskis
Managing Director of Commercial Lending Operations at BMO Financial Group
She leads operational transformations and the optimization of commercial lending operations within complex organizations, relying on automation and process redesign to improve efficiency and the client experience.
Her background
With more than 20 years of experience, Daiva has worked across financial services, the automotive sector, and consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, combining strong analytical rigor with strategic vision.
