You may wonder how large-scale technology projects come to life. We often see the final result, but much less often everything that happens behind the scenes: unexpected challenges, adjustments, team dynamics, and situations where things do not go exactly as planned.

In collaboration with L'Oréal Canada, we invite you to go behind the scenes through authentic conversations with professionals who will share some of their most memorable experiences.

The panel

Our panelists will present real examples of technology projects, deployments, and production launches led within L’Oréal Canada teams, giving you an inside look at the challenges they faced, the adjustments they had to make, and the lessons they learned along the way. Real stories, sometimes funny, sometimes unexpected, but always filled with practical insights.

Whether you are a student, an intern, or at the beginning of your career, you will all be working on projects, proposing ideas, collaborating with teams, and stepping outside your comfort zone.
