Join us for an evening of conversations and discovery, co-organized with La Base entrepreneuriale HEC with the support of the U.S Consulate General in Montreal, which will host us in one of the newest buildings at HEC Montréal.

On this occasion, we will have the privilege of welcoming Aisha Bowe, an entrepreneur, aerospace engineer, and an inspiring figure of the new generation in technology.

During the evening, she will share key moments from her journey from aerospace to entrepreneurship, and from scientific laboratories to building companies that are helping shape the future.

AISHA BOWE, Engineer | Entrepreneur | Citizen Astronaut

Technology entrepreneur and former NASA rocket scientist, award-winning Founder, and citizen astronaut who is redefining what it means to lead in science, education, and innovation. Aisha Bowe is a serial founder behind high-impact ventures:

  • STEMBoard, a technology firm ranked on the Inc. 5000 list

  • LINGO, an edtech platform that makes learning technology accessible and hands-on

She is living proof that the word impossible is merely a suggestion. It is her own dream to inspire the next generation of innovators and explorers, thinkers, and creators, while serving as a testament to dreaming big, no matter what.

They will share their experiences, lessons learned, and the realities of building companies in innovation and technology.

NELIA SAIAH, Co-Founder of Profyle

Software engineering and business student, Nelia Saiah is the co-founder of Profyle, a platform for at-home immune system analysis. She previously launched one of the first telemedicine platforms in Quebec, which received the Sanofi Biogenius Award for Best Life Sciences Project in Canada.

A Technovation Montréal alumna, she now focuses on the convergence of AI and life sciences to help individuals take control of their health.

ADÉLAÏDE FAVÉ, co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CarInspect

Driven by a passion for building and tackling challenges, Adélaïde Favé is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of CarInspect, a company redefining vehicle inspections through speed, standardization, and data. A graduate of HEC Montréal and former leader of Canada’s largest student entrepreneurship club, she has supported over 100 entrepreneurs.

She represents a new generation of founders building structured, high-impact companies grounded in real market needs.

LYNN DOUGHANE, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Juno Technologies

Electrical engineer, former professional athlete, and health tech entrepreneur, Lynn Doughane is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Juno Technologies. She is developing an innovative medical device designed to relieve menstrual pain, with an average reduction of 79%.

She leverages technology to advance women’s health through practical, high-impact solutions.

Do you have an idea in mind, or simply want to understand how a startup comes to life? This workshop is for you.

In collaboration with Centech, a leading incubator supporting high-potential startups, you will be immersed in the heart of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with entrepreneurs and experts who are actively building and growing ventures.

What you’ll do: n the program

• Turn an idea into a clear concept
• Structure a simple and effective pitch
• Understand what captures attention and what doesn’t
• Test your pitch in a dynamic and supportive environment

You’ll work in teams, guided by Entrepreneurs in Residence and Centech entrepreneurs, learning directly from real-world experience.

And to make things even more interesting, some of the starting ideas might surprise you… let’s just say Centech will make sure creativity is not in short supply.

A hands-on, energizing and low-pressure workshop to help you take action, build confidence and walk away with solid foundations.

Daiva Blyskis

Managing Director of Commercial Lending Operations at BMO Financial Group

She leads operational transformations and the optimization of commercial lending operations within complex organizations, relying on automation and process redesign to improve efficiency and the client experience.

Her background
