Hope is a help app for people who have or know loved ones with mental illness. It is designed to connect these people in an informative and safe area. This mental health help app connects users to receive psychological support. Users have access to therapists in addition to a forum full of informative videos, tips and testimonials. In addition, they have a personalized diary in which they can write their state of mind and see their evolution. This diary will be personal, but they can share it with a psychologist if they want to. Thanks to the chat that allows users to talk and help each other Hope has gone from an awareness application to a real sharing platform. In short, a social network.

Welcomed-Montreal was designed to help newly arriving immigrants in Canada. The goal is to make their integration in this new country as smooth and easy as possible. The users will have the ability to interact with each other and therefore build a sense of community within the application. The main feature of this application will be the Question and Answer section. The users will be able to clarify their doubts or troubles with professionals or other immigrants. Therefore the ability to interact with people living a similar situation will build a social connection within the application. In the future, we plan on providing the users with information on a variety of different subjects concerning immigration such as real estate, banks, schools, activities, etc.

Emotivo App

Studies show that about 3 out of 5 kids are feeling stressed. That is why our team decided to create the app "emotivo". emotivo helps young people between 10 and 18 years old to understand and manage their emotions.

First, the users identify how they feel using emojis which represent the seven main emotions: joy, anger, sadness, confusion, anguish, surprise and fear. The user then identifies the causes of his/her emotions, and can play a game where they capture the reasons that fall from the sky.
