Help a team develop a tech startup project as part of Technovation, an international competition where participants create an app to solve a real-world problem.

Your Role

Being a mentor in the Technovation program means:

  • Supporting and guiding participants as they develop their projects

  • Providing constructive feedback

  • Sharing your knowledge of technology or entrepreneurship

  • Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team

You don’t do the project for them.
You support them so they can develop their skills.

What kind of candidates are we looking for?

Tech Mentor

We are looking for mentors with expertise in:

  • Programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

  • Web or mobile development

  • UX/UI

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Ideal for: developers, computer science students, tech professionals, AI specialists.

Who can become a mentor?

Business Mentor

We are looking for mentors with expertise in:

  • Business models

  • Competitive analysis and market development

  • Marketing strategy

  • Visual identity

  • Project management

Ideal for: entrepreneurs, marketing specialists, managers, and innovation professionals.

You don’t need to be a expert.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are passionate about technology or entrepreneurship

  • Are comfortable working with young people ages 8 to 18

  • Are available 3 to 5 hours per week

  • Are motivated to support the next generation of women in tech

Students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate employees are all welcome.
